How to offer services on iVakil?
After you fill up the Registration Form on this website, you will receive the link to download the App from Google Playstore through SMS and email on your registered mobile number and email id, respectively. Alternately, you may download iVakil directly from Playstore or from this link.
Sign in to the App using the same registration details that you put in the form. Then, build your personal and professional profile from within the App so that you are visible to the users of miVakil App and people searching for lawyers online.
The App will display the queries shared by miVakil users. You may answer any of these queries at your own pace, in your own time, pro bono. The more guidance and information you provide to the miVakil users, the stronger is your profile on our platform.
If you consent to provide additional services like ‘respond to emergency / panic calls’, the App will notify you as and when your services may be needed. Without your explicit consent, we will not notify you about these requirements.
The App will also display the connection requests you receive from miVakil users. You may accept to connect with them at your own discretion. After connecting, the user may reach out to you personally for any legal services they may require. From here on, you may interact with the user personally and take him/her as your client. The App does not par-take, or participate, or aid any of the parties in their monetary transactions. Your charges and payments from the client shall be done outside this App’s ecosystem in any manner preferred by both the parties, as they deem fit.

The information you provide in your profile should be authentic and updated to reflect your current professional stature and expertise;
Please refrain from answering queries by miVakil users in a manner that may appear to be ‘soliciting’ in nature;
Please keep your communications respectful and civil;
